Onam has always been celebrated with gusto at the SCSA and SCSB campuses. This time too it was no different. Come September 7th, 2014, the entire campus wore a festive look. Students wandering around the campus in traditional Kerala attire was one of the highlights of the event.

The celebrations started with the “Shingari Melam” procession from the college entrance to the lobby. The college entrance was decorated with an array of “Pookolams”. This was followed by a round of cultural events depicting the rich heritage of Kerala. After an exhausting day at the celebrations, everyone feasted on sumptuous Kerala delicacies served at the canteen, which made the occasion truly memorable.
