The architect’s community need to surmount certain challenges in order to further quicken the pace of this particular segment. The biggest challenge before the community is to come out with aesthetically pleasing, functionally performing buildings that also score high on the sustainability front. This has become important in today’s business environment, where project developers are looking at architects and engineers delivering on all these fronts.
