The faculty at CSA consists of some of the finest talent from the Architecture field. All our professors are specialized in various fields of Architecture and are pursuing research and practice as well. This enables them to offer realistic teaching modules to help students learn the fundamentals of Architecture as well as theoretical practice.

The professors at CSA’s are committed to educating future professionals who will bring innovation and creativity to the built environment. With this in mind, we promote leadership by bridging the gap between education and profession, especially in bringing integrated design practices into the classroom. Guest lectures, Workshops / Seminar and interface with the industry leaders are an integral part of the learning dynamics in CSA.

Ar.Gayathri Viswanathan M.Plan (Regional Planning), Phd

Professor & Director

Prof. Gayathri Viswanathan, Director, Faculty of Architecture at Sasi Creative Colleges, holds her Masters degree in Planning and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Planning. She carries with her nearly 17 years of experience in Teaching and Administration experience in Indian and International level. Her area of specialisation includes Architecture and Planning.

Ar.Indrayani Joshi M.Arch (Architectural Conservation)

Professor & HOD

Prof. Indrayani Joshi, Head of the Department at Faculty of Architecture, is an academician holding a masters degree in Architectural Conservation. She has professional and academic experience of nearly 18 years., with a keen interest in studies in heritage, culture and pedagogy.

Ar.D.Indhupriya M.Arch(Advanced Design)

Professor

Prof. Indhu Priya, holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture. She carries with her nearly 15 years of experience as an Academician and is still continuing her journey with Sasi creative school of Architecture as an Associate Professor since 2019. She specializes in Housing and an Associate in a Developer firm till date.

Ar.P.S.Sridhar M.Arch(General)

Professor

Prof. Sridhar, Associate Professor at Sasi creative school of Architecture, holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture. He carries a vast professional experience of nearly 30 years and also runs his own practice as a consultant architect. He also holds 13 years of teaching experience and specialises in subjects like Urban design, Climatology and Architectural Drawing.

Dr.Ar.Parthiban Rajukalidoss B,Arch,M.A(HeritageConservation),Phd.

Professor

Dr Parthiban Rajukalidoss, holds a PhD and specialises in studies regarding culture, values assessment of cultural heritage, tangible and intangible cultural heritage, UNESCO convention concerning heritage, conservation, history and theory of architecture and basic design. He comes with an extensive experience of 19 years in architecture, research and design including 7.5 years as an academician.

Ar.M.Sundarraj M.Arch(Interior Architecture)

Associate Professor

Sundar Raj, holds a Master’s degree in Interior Architecture and has been a part of Sasi creative school of Architecture as Associate Professor since 2018. He comes with vast professional experience since 2008 with multiple firms involved in Architecture in all sectors including Commercial, Residential, Industrial and Institutional. His journey as an academician started in 2012 and continues till date.

Ar.R.Renganathan M.Arch(Environmental Planning)

Associate Professor

Prof. Renganathan, an Associate Professor at Sasi creative school of Architecture, holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Planning and currently pursuing his Ph.D. He comes with extensive academic experience as the Head of the Department in a number of institutions and as Design Chair guiding design studios, working on capacity building of young faculty members. He has also worked in research relevant to regional planning and environmental conservation.

Ar.Faizal Ali Khan L M.Arch(Advanced Designs)

Associate Professor

Faizal Ali Khan, holds a Masters in Architecture and is now a part of Sasi creative school of Architecture. He has nearly 5 years of Professional experience and 5 years of teaching experience. He specializes in housing and his keen interests lie in teaching theory of architecture, building services, building construction and alike.

Ar.R.Selvakumar M.Arch(Environmental Architecture

Associate Professor

Selva Kumar, an Associate Professor in Sasi creative school of Architecture, holds a Master Degree in Architecture. He started his career working in Auroville and several other parts in Tamil Nadu and now runs his own architectural practice in Coimbatore and specializes in Energy efficiency in the built environment. He consciously builds with an effort towards minimizing the negative impacts of buildings through efficient use of materials, passive and active energy systems. He has been a part of Sasi creative school of Architecture since 2020.

Ar.S.Kunkuma Devi M.Arch (Architectural Conservation)

Associate Professor

Prof. Kunkuma Devi, Associate Professor at Sasi since 2017, holds a Masters Degree in Architectural Conservation. She comes with extensive experience of 16 years both, practicing as a conservation architect in multiple firms in Mysore, Mumbai and Bangalore and as an academician with expertise in Vernacular Architecture, Architecture conservation, Design Studio and guidance of Thesis & Dissertation and continues till date.

Ar.U.Kavia B.Arch

Asst. Professor

Kavia has been a part of Sasi creative school of Architecture as an Assistant Professor since 2019. She started her career as a junior architect in Chennai for a year after her Bachelors degree in 2013. She comes with a teaching experience of almost five years and keenly interested in History of Architecture & Culture, Climate and Built environment and alike.

Ar.V.Gayathri M.Arch(Sustainable Architecture)

Asst. Professor

Gayathri, has been a part of Sasi since 2016. She holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture and comes with a teaching experience of nearly 5 years. She specialises in subjects like Climatology, Islamic architecture, Basic design, Human settlements and planning and Vernacular architecture.

Ar.M.Arunkumar B.Arch,M.Arch(Sustainable Architecture)

Asst. Professor

Arunkumar, earned his Bachelor’s degree in 2014 and has been a part of Sasi creative school of Architecture since 2017. He comes with a professional experience of 2 years with firms in Coimbatore and with his keen interest in Energy efficiency and Sustainability is pursuing research on the same currently.

Ar. Rupeshwar C M.Arch(Sustainable Architecture)

Asst. Professor

Rupeshwar, Assistant Professor at Sasi creative school of Architecture, holding his Master’s in Advance Architecture, has been with us since 2017. He carries professional experience with corporate giants in design and commercial interiors with renowned firms in Bangalore, and later started his own practice in The Nilgiris and Coimbatore taking up residential projects. He is currently working towards lifting up the research and public engagement in the topic of resilient terraces of the future and taking up public speaking.

H.Pawan Kumar B.Arch

Pawan Kumar, Assistant Professor at Sasi creative school of Architecture, has been with us since 2019 and earned his B.Arch degree in 2014. He comes with 6 years of Professional experience, heading his own practice in Coimbatore along with 5 years of teaching experience. His area of interest and specialization includes Interior Design and sustainability in architecture.

Ar. Nivedhitha Karthikeyan B.Arch

Asst. Professor

Nivedhitha Karthikeyan, completed her Bachelor’s in Architecture in 2014. She holds a professional experience of 5 years with firms in Bangalore, handling Architectural and Interior design projects in residential and hospitality sector, involved in Design & Execution with both conventional and alternative construction methods and continues to practice till date. She has been a part of Sasi creative school of Architecture since 2019 and has keen interests in alternate construction techniques.

Ar.Amrutha Jayabaalan  B.Arch

Asst. Professor

Amruthaa earned her Bachelor’s degree in 2014 and holds five years of experience professionally in the design and execution team. She has a range of experience from small scale to large scale projects from design to detailing in Institutional and residential project types.

Ar.M.Renitha Esther M.Arch(Landscape sustainable planning and land policies)

Asst. Professor

Renitha Esther, holds a Masters degree in Landscape Architecture, and Sustainable Planning and Land Policies from France. She has been a part of Sasi creative school of Architecture since 2019. She carries a year’s professional experience and a year of teaching experience. She is specialized in Site Planning and Landscape design and her expertise is on how landscape design impacts the image and safety of a place in an urban context.

Ar.S.Selva Harshini M.Arch(General)

Selvaharishni, has been a part of Sasi creative school of Architecture as an Assistant Professor since 2019, and holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture. She carries experience in development of design at different scales and tilted towards design thinking for strengthening societies to have a positive effect on the world.

Ar.R.Manoj Kumar M.Arch(Advanced Design)

Manoj Kumar, an Assistant Professor in Sasi creative school of Architecture, who holds a Masters Degree in Architecture. He comes with a professional experience of 3 years from multiple firms and continues to practice. He is now a part of Sasi creative school of Architecture from 2020.

Ar.S.Geethu Priya M.arch (Sustainable architecture)

Asst. Professor

Geethu, holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Architecture. She comes with a teaching experience of years and she specializes in Energy efficiency in buildings, Sustainability in Built environment, Thermal comfort through passive features. She has been a part of Sasi Creative colleges since 2020 as an Assistant Professor.

Mr.K.Balasubramaniam M.E(Construction Engineering and Management)

Asst. Professor

Balasubramaniam, an Assistant Professor in Sasi creative school of Architecture, is a civil engineer and holds an M.E in Construction Engineering and Management. He carries more than 5 years of Industrial Experience in Project planning and Management in projects ranging from small scale to Airport and highways. He also holds more than 6 years of teaching experience in both Civil engineering and Architecture Departments.

Mr.T.Kannan B.Tech,Civil Engineering(M.Plan)

Kannan, holds a Master’s degree in Planning and comes with five years of academic experience and he specialises in Urban planning and is now a part of Sasi creative school of Architecture and has been handling subjects related to structures, services, planning and construction.

Er Mohamed Riazudeen.R M.E(Structural Engineering)

Asst. Professor

Mohamed Riazudeen,holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and earned his Masters in Structural engineering in the year 2015, and has been teaching since then in Coimbatore. He has been a part of Sasi creative school of Architecture since 2018 and has been handling subjects regarding structures.

Mr. P. Stanley John M.Sc,M.Phil(Mathematics),M.BA(Marketing)

Asst. Professor

Stanley John, holds an M.Phil in Mathematics and M B A in Marketing, handles Mathematics in Faculty of Architecture, Sasi Creative Colleges. He carries 9 years of teaching experience and specialises in Optimization techniques.

Ar.Matilda Rebecca Correya B.Arch

Asst. Professor

Matilda Rebecca Correya, an Assistant Professor in Sasi creative school of Architecture, earned her B.Arch Degree in 2011. She comes with a professional experience of more than 3 years with firms in Chennai and Pondicherry, in both architecture and Design. She has been a part of Sasi creative school of Architecture since 2015 and has been handling various subjects and also continues her practice in Interior design till date.

Ar.Aswin Kumar K K B.Arch

Asst. Professor

Aswin Kumar, assistant professor at Sasi creative school of Architecture, earned his Bachelor’s degree in 2013. He comes with seven years of extensive professional experience as a project architect with renowned firms in Bangalore and continues his practice till date in Coimbatore specializing in Documentation and contour site projects.

Ar.Chenthur Raaghav M.Arch(Advanced Architecture)

Asst. Professor

Chenthur Raaghav, holds a Master’s in Advanced architecture and a part of Sasi creative school of Architecture as a Guest lecturer. Co Founder of the architecture firm A plus R architects in Coimbatore, he has professional experience with a firm in Barcelona and a speaker at multiple  National and international platforms like TEDx, INSDAG, GABA Dubai and Egypt Arch Summit. He specializes in Parametric Architecture, Data Driven architecture, Material and Intelligence Research and Planning Principles for Smart Cities. He also has taken up research on 3d printed buildings and produced research papers in structural components for 3d printing.

Ar. Karthik Raja Baalki M.Arch(Design and Preservation)

Asst. Professor

Karthik Raja, Assistant Professor at Sasi creative school of Architecture, holds a Masters degree in Architecture Design & Preservation. He comes with professional experience since 2014 in India, with various projects, two years of study & travel experience across Europe and has also researched on topics including technology, conservation and preservation of architectural spaces.

Ar.Indhu Priya S B.Arch

Asst. Professor

Indhu Priya has been a part of sasi creative school of Architecture since 2020 as an Assistant Professor. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in 2016 and started working as an Assistant professor in Kerala. Later her journey as architect continued for two and half years, with renowned firms in Bangalore and Mysore. She is also fascinated about arts and crafts and does digital illustrations with quirky combinations of characters.

Mr. Rameshvarma.P MA(Mass Communication & Journalism),Master of fine art & Painting

Asst. Professor

Rameshvarma, holds a M A in Mass Communication and journalism, and Masters in Fine Art & Painting. He carries a plethora of experience as an artist running his own studio and has been exhibiting in national level art exhibitions since 2008. He also has wide experience as an art director, graffiti artist, set designer and as an academician in various institution. He is now a part of Sasi creative school of Architecture taking up Art studio, Model Making and alike.
