DuSIMON BELL’S SPECIALISED SESSION ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP, COMMUNICATION AND ARCHITECTURAL CRITICISM
Sasi Creative School of Architecture (SCSA) organized a workshop on: 1. Improving Business Communication 2. Research paper writing, for students and faculties which was conducted by a UK based academician, author, book editor/design consultant; Dr. Simon Bell. During the Business communication session, exercises were provided to formally improve the communicative skills of the participating faculties and students. The Research paper writing workshop taught the participant on how to be more expressive and communicative to the readers.
The specialised session on entrepreneurship shared the methodology on how to write in an authoritative and engaging manner for project proposal, architectural programme or technical documents. The participants were taught on how to inculcate entrepreneurial skills through negotiation, contracts administration etc. The specialised session on communication demonstrated the ethical awareness when sourcing and deploying information from a range of sources. The specialised session on architectural criticism shared the methodology on how to visualise the documents of a building in appropriate architectural terms.
