ADMISSION PREREQUISITES

The national body for Architecture education is governed by the Council of Architecture. It is the apex body regulating architectural education and professional practice. COA prescribed perquisites are,

The minimum prerequisites for admission are: +2 Students with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as their core subjects, securing a minimum of 50% in each. (or) Diploma in Architecture / Engineering (3yrs) with a minimum pass score of 50% and NATA PASS score. Valid JEE Paper 2 marks are also eligible for admission.

CSA ADMISSIONS

CSA admits students purely on MERIT basis only. Students have the option to come through Management or Trust or Government Quota. Students with a good academic record, creative aptitude and passion for architecture can apply for the course.

Students opting to come through Government Quota need to apply in Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA), and opt for Sasi Creative School of Architecture, Counselling Code 2361. Kindly note, due to high cut off score required please consult for guidance with our admissions team on eligibility and cut off marks requirements.

Candidates applying in Management and Trust Quota, need to follow the below guidelines:

THE ADMISSION SELECTION PROCESS

  1. Submit completed Application Form along with all marksheets and NATA application form or NATA Score Card along with details of DD if application fee is paid by DD
  2. Submit Receipt of Application Fee via NEFT / Cash
  3. Shortlisting of Candidates based on their +2 and NATA Scores.
  4. Intimation to chosen Merit List Candidates for attending Entrance Exam and Personal Interview in person.
  5. Release of the Final List of Admitted Students for the respective Batch of B.Arch Students at Creative School of Architecture, Coimbatore.
  6. Acceptance of Admission with payment of fees.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy for seat blocking fees will be as follows:
  1. Students who request a refund of their seat blocking fee within one month of blocking their seat will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total fee paid.
  2. After the one-month period from seat blocking, the seat blocking fee becomes non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued for requests made thereafter.
  3. To request a refund of your seat blocking fee, please submit a written request to the Office no later than one month from the date of seat blocking. Your request should include your full name, student ID number, and the reason for requesting the refund.

Brochure and Application form can be downloaded online or emailed on request or collected directly from the College Premises. Application will be considered and accepted only on confirmed payment of application fee by DD / NEFT / Cash.

  • Candidates seeking admission into Sasi Creative School of Architecture must possess the eligibility norms as detailed above.
  • The College will not be responsible for non-receipt of test scores from NATA authorities due to incorrect details provided by the applicant.
  • The decisions of the Management and Admissions Committee of Sasi Creative School of Architecture are final, indisputable and binding. Fees paid to the Institution are non-refundable.

INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS

  • No applicant should file more than one application under any circumstances

ELIGIBILITY

  1. Applicant must have passed 12th with minimum 80% marks.
  2. Applicant must have a valid NATA score card.
  3. Applicant must have cleared the Personal Interview round.
  4. Applicant must have taken admission in Management Quota.
  5. Applicant agrees to finish the full course and graduate from the Institution.

RULES FOR MERIT SCHOLARSHIP RENEWEL

I understand that the college’s merit scholarship is subject to the following renewal rules:
  • Payment of Fees on Time: I agree to make timely payment of all tuition fees and related charges as per the college’s payment schedule. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the cancellation of the scholarship.
  • Academic Performance: I will maintain a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 7 (specified GPA requirement) throughout the scholarship award period. I will not have any academic arrears or subject failures.
  • Discipline: I will abide by the college’s code of conduct and maintain a disciplined and respectful attitude towards fellow students, faculty, and staff.

NOTE

To renew the merit scholarship for each academic year, I understand that I must submit a scholarship renewal application, demonstrating continued academic excellence and adherence to the college’s rules and requirements.
